Mission
Give growing employers policies people can find, understand, and apply on ordinary workdays.
About
Service Cedarbase helps growing SMEs replace hallway answers with clear HR policies — leave, conduct, performance, and handbooks — without borrowing language meant for multinational headcount.
Service Cedarbase Co., Ltd. is the registered business name for Service Cedarbase. The practice was established in 2014 in Lu Chou City to support smaller employers who needed policy writing that respected local operating realities.
Early engagements focused on employee handbooks for workshops and trading firms that had grown past twenty staff. Founders kept asking for shorter documents managers would actually open, so the practice shifted toward modular policy frameworks and manager briefings rather than encyclopedic manuals.
Through the late 2010s we expanded into policy health checks for companies opening a second site or adding shift work. Today the same Lu Chou base supports remote drafting across Taiwan with on-site workshops in Greater Taipei when leadership wants a shared room for decisions.
Give growing employers policies people can find, understand, and apply on ordinary workdays.
Interview first, draft second, revise with leadership, then brief managers before staff see the change sheet.
Plain language, ranked priorities, and respect for the constraints of SMEs — limited HR headcount, busy founders, and real production calendars.
Senior consultants lead discovery and drafting. Facilitators run manager briefings using scenarios drawn from your own recent gray areas. A project coordinator keeps document versions, comment rounds, and workshop dates aligned.
We stay close to Taiwan SME contexts — manufacturing floors, retail floors, and office teams sharing one leave calendar — rather than importing policy templates written for other continents.
